Do you test every product you mention?

Not always. Some pages are based on hands-on testing, others on a mix of lab measurements, expert checks and verified technical documentation. When we have direct testing data, we make this clear in the review and in our methodology notes.

Can I pay to improve a product’s rating?

No. Our testing and scoring processes are independent. Commercial relationships (for example, affiliate links) do not allow anyone to buy a higher score or a more favorable conclusion.

Can I send you a product for review?

We sometimes accept products for testing, but we do so under strict conditions: we reserve the right to publish honest results, we do not guarantee timelines, and we may decline coverage. Please contact us first with details about the product and category.

Why haven’t I received a reply yet?

We are a small team with an active testing schedule. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, but complex questions or periods with intense lab work may lead to longer response times. If your request is urgent, please mention this in the subject line.
